It is likely that for the upcoming Simhastha in Madhya Pradesh, the government may create a separate post of Simhastha Commissioner. At present, Simhastha related responsibilities are handled by the Ujjain Divisional Commissioner, but the chances are that two roles may be separated and will be held by separate officers.
